Winter is warmer and warmer every year. This neighborhood is up at around 50 feet in elevation, about as high as Pinellas county gets, which may prove to be important one day. If a hurricane comes ashore around the Pasco county line, the swing arms of its rotation will drive the gulf waters into Tampa Bay, which may, as it did in the 1850’s, reduce the whole Tampa Bay region to a few islands for a while.
